The location is exceptionally nice and unbeatable, 1 mile from a Beppu tower. The rooms are large and fancy and the bathrooms are clean.

There was nothing I didnt like.

The room at Kamenoi Hotel Beppu was amazing! It had a flat-screen TV, a fridge, and even a safety deposit box. And let me tell you, the bed was so comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The private bathroom was also great, with a nice big bathtub to relax in. Plus, they provided complimentary toiletries which was a nice touch. I loved the cozy and modern feel of the room.

Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like about the room. It was just perfect for me.

Truly enjoyed Beppu, the hotel was good standard and modern very close to the trainstation. The room we booked was big with a window view and twin double beds and ping pong ball games, overall the experience was quite comfortable.

This hotel is great relaxing and good standard, has extremely friendly employees on the night shift. We loved the convenience of the a twin room, as well as television with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

Everything was simply perfectly fine. The property was wonderful relaxing with very friendly staff on the night shift. We had friendly check in and the rooms were reasonably large with a beautiful view, comfy bed plus ping pong ball games. The location of the hotel was handy - relatively near a hot spring.

I recently stayed at Kamenoi Hotel for three nights during my trip to Beppu. The hotel was easy to find with GPS and had plenty of parking. The check-in process was seamless and collecting breakfast vouchers was effortless. They offered a wide variety of options for breakfast and the coffee was excellent. The onsen was large and well-maintained, providing a relaxing experience. The rooms were spacious and the staff were incredibly friendly. Checking in and out was a breeze. a wonderful stay and I would definitely return.

We were in a good and absolutely perfect location not very far from a hot spring.

Magnificent and ideal location close to centre of town, the hotel is walk from a railroad station. The rooms offered are neat and modern with twin double beds, ping pong ball games plus a window view.

It was all superb.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room looked brand new and spacious. The onsen on the 3rd floor was a relaxing treat, and the nearby shop with children's snacks was a hit. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of the railway station. Parking was a breeze with on-grade and carpark options.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff who speak Chinese and English, good breakfast and dinner, full facilities including indoor and outdoor Onsen.

Can't fault the property in any way.
